IN THIS ROLE YOU WOULD:
- Assist the Store Manager with all tasks necessary for an efficient operation
- Assist in training and motivating store personnel, striving for an enjoyable workplace
- Assist the Store Manager in creating an exciting shopping environment
- Serve as a positive role model to employees
- Perform work activities in conformance to the Goodwill Values Statement, which includes the values of Respect, Integrity, Compassion, Stewardship, Learning, Teamwork, and Entrepreneurial Spirit
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Two (2) years of experience working with the public is preferred
- Supervisory experience
- Valid Nebraska driver’s license and meet insurance requirements is required
