Quality Control and Lister for Games, Game Systems and Collectibles

General Purpose : In a few brief sentences, summarize the primary duties and responsibilities.

In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of the gaming, game system and collectibles industry to identify and effectively execute the quality control, pricing valuation and listing strategies to drive profitable sales and revenue growth. You will drive high performance across these categories and ensure consistency as measured by individual goals and common KPIs that drive a profitable work center.

Essential Functions : Describe the duties that define the core responsibilities of the job.

PERFORMANCE AND OPERATIONS

Conduct primary quality control, pricing and listing strategies for all incoming games, game systems and unique collectibles i.e. vintage magazines / newspapers, trading cards, sports cards and toys.
Research and identify items and determine the best platform to optimize value and revenue growth.
Take clear and precise photographs highlighting the merchandise unique characteristics.
Enter item descriptions with appropriate detail and selling points via Infinity AI or other resources.
Maintain an organized, neat, clean and safe work center.
Deliver listing goal and other KPIs in conjunction with annual performance objectives.
Engage in other duties as necessary i.e. shelving, shipping and listing outside your primary work center.

QUALIFICATIONS / BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS :

High School Diploma

Deep knowledgeable of the gaming industry and basic knowledge of the collectibles industry including trading cards, i.e. Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh, etc., sports cards, vintage magazines, toys and action figures

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of internet search engines and industry specific ecommerce sites.

Proficient in photography and editing software.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND POSITIONS SUPERVISED :

Ability to work under minimal supervision and produce expected number of listings per day based on merchandise availability.

Ability to work as part of a team and engage in partnering in other work centers.

Superb communication skills.

Special Working Conditions : Describe unusual working conditions or environmental factors.

Duties will be performed in an industrial warehouse environment.
