General Purpose :
The Sales Specialist is responsible for providing our customers with exceptional service by meeting their individual needs and expectations, serving as a “Goodwill Ambassador” by promoting our mission and values of the organization. The Sales Specialist is expected to role model Goodwill values in all actions and interactions in order to create a positive customer-centric experience.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT :

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS LIFTING REQUIREMENTS- Place an “X” in the appropriate

1. _____Sedentary work-Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and / or a negligible
amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move
objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the
time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Roles are
sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other
sedentary criteria are met.
2. _____Light work-Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and / or to 10 pounds of
force frequently, and / or a negligible amount of force constantly to move
objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for sedentary

Our Vaccination Policy
Beginning August 13th for Good Temps employees, volunteers and interns who work in residential and congregate settings, and beginning August 27th otherwise, all Mission Services and Administrative employees, volunteers, interns, contractors, and visitors to any Mission- related or Admin location in NY or NJ are required to provide either one-time proof of vaccination, or weekly proof of a negative COVID-19 test in order to be able to continue to work.
All unvaccinated employees, volunteers, interns, contractors and visitors MUST wear masks.
Employees, volunteers, interns, contractors, and visitors must be fully vaccinated in order not to have to present weekly proof of negative testing. However, if an individual has one dose by August 13th, 2021 or August 27"., 2021, depending on their program, they do not need to submit weekly proof of negative testing as long as proof of the second dose, if needed to complete vaccination, is provided within one (1) month (30 days). If no proof is provided, weekly testing will be required once that month elapses.
