Position Summary:
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the CW store. To ensure efficient and cost-effective operation through world-class customer service, stewardship of the department, quality control, and maintaining a productive workforce.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assume management responsibilities in the absence of the Manager or Assistant Manager including opening/closing and all day-to-day store operations.
- Assist the Manager and Assistant Manager comply with the GWH image, practices, and procedures.
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests.
- Evaluate donated computers and other electronic devices and assess their value.
- Receive and process items in a timely manner.
- Obtain technical and component information.
- Package, price, and stock components for the store’s sales floor.
- Supervise and assist with the training and development of associates.
- Maintain workstations.
- Refurbish computer equipment to restore it to like-new working conditions and/or appearance for the sales floor.
- Install an operating system on computers and configure it to CW standards.
- Troubleshoot repairs, maintain, install, and perform testing activities on various computer equipment and peripherals.
- Warranty maintenance on machines bought from CW.
- Assist in maintenance and ordering of supplies.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Management.

- Adheres to local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Understands eCommerce software and multiple eCommerce platforms.
- One (1) to two (2) years of retail sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate and interact well with a variety of personality types.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Key Performance Indicators:
1. Sales vs. Budget: Meets goal of actual sales compared to the projected budget.
2. IAT vs. Comp: Compares the Individual Average Transaction rate (IAT) against prior year’s sales and exceeds them.
3. Wage to Budget: Controls wage expenses against the allocated budget.
4. Overtime to Total Hours: Monitor ratio of overtime hours to the total hours worked.
5. Safety Audit Scores: Evaluates compliance and effectiveness of safety protocols through audit results.
6. Order Fulfillment Speed: Tracks the time from order receipt to delivery, highlighting operational efficiency.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
The ability to continuously stand/walk for the duration of a shift, frequently push/pull, occasionally bend/stoop/crawl/kneel/reach above shoulders and climb a ladder. Able to lift, up to, 40 lbs. (fixture parts, cartons of product).
An indoor work environment with exposure to outside temperatures. The noise level in the normal work environment is usually moderate.
