Job Description
Supports the warehouse team by ensuring timely and accurate packing of products for distribution. Responsibilities include maintaining proper packaging standards, organizing materials, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods. Must be able to meet production goals, follow safety protocols, and work effectively in a team. Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Pack products according to company standards to ensure proper handling and quality.
- Assemble and label boxes, ensuring accuracy in packaging.
- Organize packed goods in designated areas for shipping or distribution.
- Monitor product quality during packing and report any discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace.
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of packaging materials.
- Meet or exceed daily production and packing goals.
- Always adhere to safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating and collaborating effectively with co-workers.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support warehouse operations.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED and previous warehouse or packing experience preferred.
Additional Information
- Part-time, seasonal position.
- Schedule will be Monday through Friday, with varying hours between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.
