We are looking for a Digital Navigator to play a key role in furthering our mission in our company.
Summary/Objective:
The Digital Navigator will take a lead role in expanding digital skills training and access to participants withy barriers to education and employment. This role will perform digital skills training to program participants and other groups/cohorts within the community. In addition, this role will provide support to the Digital Skills Coordinator in the implementation of digital skills training for both classrooms and mobile settings. Other assigned projects/duties assigned by the Digital Skills Coordinator. To fulfill mission statement.
Skills and Knowledge:
Some experience in public speaking and/or facilitating. :Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of basic training techniques. :Experience in customer service setting preferred. High level of computer literacy and ability. Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite products. Experience working with a diverse population.
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma with college degree in progress. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive to multiple locations.
