Summary/Objective:
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Team Leader serves as hiring manager in the Manager and/or Assistant Manager's absence and will complete employee work schedules, evaluations and ADP as needed. Handles customer complaints. Oversees store operation including inventory, warehouse and stock rotation per manager. Performs all administrative and clerical details associated with store operation and orders supplies as needed. Provides supervision for all sales associates, trains employees and follows cash handling procedures on a daily basis.
Skills and Knowledge:
Has comprehensive knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting to maintain sales records and incidental reports to store operations. Possesses excellent character references and a well-developed sense of responsibility.
Must have a valid Driver's License.:

- High school diploma or the equivalent.
- One year of management experience.
