Summary: Operates proper machinery to process Recycle commodities.

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Summary: Operates proper machinery to process Recycle commodities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Shreds paper using industrial shredding machine
- Bails paper, textiles and stuffed animals using the bailing machine.
- Keeps all floors and aisles free from trash and debris by picking up and sweeping the area.
- Sorts metal by metal type.
- Processes computers per the DELL Reconnect Program guidelines.
- Cleans machines according to PSM schedule.
- Bails cardboard in bailing machine as necessary.
- Sorts commodities: shoes, belts, purses, Bric/Brac as requested by vendors.
- Meets and/or exceeds daily goals set to support Department revenue budget.
- Other duties may be assigned.
