What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assessment Coordinator - Western Headquarters - FT position at Goodwill Industries Of Michiana Inc?
Job Objective:
To provide support client success by conducting comprehensive assessments, maintaining accurate data records, and developing individualized plans that align with organizational goals and funding requirements. This position reports to Senior Director of Mission Services who evaluates performance annually.

Essential Job Functions:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of all funding sources and enrollment criteria as outlined in the CaseWorthy Manual.
- Respond to referrals from the Intake Team within 24-48 hours.
- Schedule assessment appointments promptly and efficiently.
- Develop and document Individual Career Financial Plans (ICFP) tailored to client needs.
- Enter detailed case notes immediately following assessments and ensure 100% data entry accuracy within the CaseWorthy system.
- Complete the Self-Sufficiency Matrix and OA Assessment for all clients.
- Ensure all releases of information are signed and properly filed.
- Collaborate with the Essential Skills Coordinator to schedule clients for relevant classes and activities.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Required Education and Skills:
- Associate degree in social work, education, or a related field; bachelors degree preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in case management, assessments, or program coordination.
- Must exhibit strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software (e.g., CaseWorthy).
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Must have reliable transportation, a current driver's license, and provide proof of insurance to travel to different job sites.
Qualifications:
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability.
- Able to frequently bend, twist, reach above shoulder level, push and pull, crouch or stoop, kneel, repetitively use feet, and use head and neck in a twisting or static motion and to look up and/or down, and lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
