Job Objective:
To effectively manage client intake processes at the Career Centers, ensuring timely referral processing, accurate data entry, and seamless coordination of client orientation and handoff. This position reports to the Senior Director of Mission Services who evaluates performance annually.

Essential Job Functions:
- Operate from Career Centers to manage walk-ins, call-ins, and community referrals and process all referrals within 24 hours.
- Schedule 1-2 orientations weekly in collaboration with the Success Coach.
- Provide an overview of services offered.
- Ensure clients have work-ready documents including Acceptable I-9 documents.
- Confirm eligibility for services, ensuring compliance with criteria.
- Introduce clients to the Success Coach during Orientation and Graduation sessions.
- Ensure accurate entry of client demographics and other data points in CaseWorthy database.
- Upload referrals and I-9 documentation post-intake.
- Assign clients to the Assessment Team for further evaluation and services.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Required Education and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent, or the ability to obtain through the Excel Center required.
- Associate degree preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in client intake, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and client management software (e.g., CaseWorthy).
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Must have reliable transportation, a current driver's license, and provide proof of insurance to travel to different job sites.
Qualifications:
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability.
- Able to frequently bend, twist, reach above shoulder level, push and pull, crouch or stoop, kneel, repetitively use feet, and use head and neck in a twisting or static motion and to look up and/or down, and lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
