Your Role
- You will teach others by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and passion for quality in your daily tasks.
- Greet and assist customers in selecting merchandise.
- Operate the store cash register according to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain excellent customer relations at all times.
- Rotate merchandise from the sales floor as instructed and record rotation numbers accurately.
- Help with display and merchandise presentation on the sales floor.
- Sort donations into proper workstations.
- Evaluate the quality of merchandise and prepare it for the sales floor.
- Assist truck drivers with loading and unloading trailers.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to lift 50 pounds with or without accommodations and work at least 8 hours per scheduled workday.
- A flexible, rotating schedule including evenings and weekends as assigned.
