You will play a vital role in achieving our mission by providing exceptional customer service, operating our store efficiently, and supporting our community outreach programs.

Responsibilities

1. Provide personalized assistance to customers, answering questions and offering recommendations.
2. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our cash register system.
3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to our health and safety standards.
4. Participate in ongoing training and professional development, enhancing your skills and knowledge.
5. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
6. Contribute to our community outreach programs, such as donation sorting and distribution.
7. Support special events and promotions, promoting our brand and values.
8. Foster a positive and inclusive store culture, embodying our SOAR values.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds with or without accommodations and work at least 8 hours per scheduled workday, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and willingness to go above and beyond.
