Position Type: Part Time
Salary Range: $15.00 - $15.00 Hourly
Description
PURPOSE:
Detail cars/trucks in agency fleet. General Labor as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Detailing cars/trucks which include vacuuming, cleaning mats, dusting, windows inside and out, washing, and waxing as directed.
- General housekeeping and safety
- General building maintenance: empty garbage, sweep/vacuum floors, sweeps and/or shovel sidewalks as directed.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance, and 25 pounds with assistance.
- Cut grass and weed eater at the Falls Creek Buildings.
- Other duties as directed by the Vice President of Transportation.
RELATIONS:
Works under the direct supervision of the Vice President of Transportation.
STANDARDS FOR MEASURING PERFORMANCE:
- The manner in which the individual performs the duties of a Goodwill Industries Car Detailer/General Laborer
- The manner in which the individual responds to special requests of the Vice President of Transportation of Goodwill Industries.
- The manner in which the individual reflects the high standards of morals and integrity expected of all Goodwill associates.
- The level of self-motivation and enthusiasm demonstrated by the Car Detailer/General Laborer.
- The manner in which the individual reflects his/her overall personal appearance both in following of the Goodwill Dress Code and personal hygiene.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A high school diploma is desirable, but not necessary. On-the-job training is conducted.
- Must have good work habits, such as acceptable attitude and punctuality.
- Must respond appropriately to supervision.
- Must possess adequate physical endurance to perform attached job functions and expectations.
- Must have current PA Driver's License and clean MVR.
