Description
PURPOSE:
- To provide consistent supervision, direction, training and support to staff, including Employment Specialists and Vocational Support Staff.
- Will report directly to the Vice President of Mission Services.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Foster participant, consumer, associate and student career development efforts with particular attention on successful outcomes.
- Lead promotion of the Goodwill Mission and community involvement.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with applicable funding sources.
- Develop new programs, contacts and funding sources in accordance with the Goodwill Mission.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional demeanor.
- Coordinate, supervise and monitor all services provided by staff to all clients in assigned locations, including health, safety and training needs as required by individual clients, ISP's or other funding/referral source specifications.
- Review and approve documentation, client progress notes and billing to be submitted.
- Attend meetings with OVR, Human Service Agencies, School Districts and any other additional agencies in relation to current or future clients and/or current or impending programs such as ISP meetings, High School Transition Meetings, Community Planning Meetings, Job Fairs, Transition Council Meetings, etc.
- Maintain internal communication within the Goodwill agency.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working directly with individuals with disabilities/disadvantages required.
- Strong organizational, oral, and written skills a must.
- Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Report, Child Abuse Clearance, PA State Criminal Record Clearance, FBI Criminal Background and Finger Printing Clearances.
- Must have good work habits, such as acceptable attitude and punctuality.
- Must respond appropriately to supervision.
