Starting at $18.50/hr, depending on experience.
Position Expectations:
Creative & Content
- Design eye-catching collateral for print, digital, and web (e.g., newsletters, flyers, annual reports,
- signage, social graphics).
- Develop editorial content for diverse audiences including donors, shoppers, clients, and community
- partners.
- Write in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts.
Digital & Social Media
- Manage and grow social media profiles alongside the Marketing Manager.
- Execute regular and special campaigns; track/report performance and engagement.
- Implement strategies to improve digital UX and visibility.
- Maintain and update GINM’s website(s) as needed, including to meet Americans with Disabilities Act
- (ADA) and Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) compliance.
Community & Collaboration
- Assist in planning, executing, and staffing community events and outreach.
- Work with vendors to produce marketing materials on time and within budget.
- Maintain organized mailing lists and databases.
Essential Duties:
- Adhere to the attendance and punctuality policies of Goodwill.
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills as related to the position.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance & maintains confidentiality of privileged information.
- Implement CARF standards into all programs and follow professional ethics as set in the Code of Conduct/Business Ethics Policy.
- Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
Requirements
Job-Specific Competencies:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Strong writing, proofreading, and editorial skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools (including SEO/SEM basics).
- Website maintenance and digital content best practices.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Minimum Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and or abilities required for the position. Individuals must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test. Individuals must have a valid New Mexico driver’s license, liability insurance, insurability under the agency insurance carrier, dependable vehicle and a clean driving record.
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, communications, advertising or related field preferred, and/or 1-2 years professional work experience in marketing.
- Must have a clean driving record (minimum 7 years), current driver's license, and reliable transportation.
