Primary Responsibilities
To accept and process donations from donors at our Donation Door.
Qualifications and Skills
- Provide a warm, welcoming experience for all donors and customers, representing our organization with positivity and professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to interact respectfully and effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Committed to following all safety protocols and organizational guidelines.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proven ability to act with a sense of urgency and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Education
Basic reading, writing, and math.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds in an office and warehouse setting with prolonged standing and bending. Frequent exposure to dust, lint, and other irritants related to processing donated items. Frequent exposure to outdoor elements.
