Job Summary: The Keyholder is a vital part of our team, responsible for opening and closing the store, overseeing store operations, and ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience. The Keyholder also supports the management team with day-to-day tasks and ensures the store meets its sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Open and close the store following established procedures.
• Oversee daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking and merchandising.
• Supervise and train new staff members.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor and achieve sales targets.
• Implement store policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail management experience, preferably one to five years.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
