Job Responsibilities
- Cash Register/Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, operate cash registers efficiently, and maintain store appearance.
- Store Appearance: Rotate stock, tidy, and ensure the store remains visually appealing at all times.
- Cross-Training Opportunities:
- Receiving: Receive, process, and organize donations according to guidelines.
- Pricing and Stocking: Price and stock donated items effectively and efficiently.
- Lifting Requirements: May require lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds occasionally, and frequently lift and carry 10 to 35 pounds.
Apart from these responsibilities, associates should be available to work most store hours, especially evenings and weekends. Stores are open Monday through Saturday 10am to 8pm, opening at 1PM on Sunday.
