Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Floor Representative. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate transactions, and assisting with various store tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Ring purchases accurately and adhere to cash handling policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and organized sales floor.
- Assist with processing donations, safeguarding company property, and supporting other areas of the store as needed.
- Place merchandise on display, take inventory, and pull stock for transfer as directed by management.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned or directed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum 6 months of recent work experience or successful completion of a GISD employment program.
