General Summary:
Responsible for pulling, packing and shipping E-Commerce items to customers in accordance with all Goodwill policies and procedures.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Pulls and packages items to ship for E-Commerce operation.
- Carefully handles merchandise to limit refunds caused by breakage prior to shipping and/or poor packaging.
- Accurately enters order numbers into software for processing shipping labels to our standard. Does not exceed a 5% error rate and ships within 3 business days of purchase.
- Produces the end of day shipping reports, when required.
- Transports the daily cart of goods to the dock area for pick-up as scheduled.
- Assists in maintaining inventory, storing supplies and in moving items to the designated shelving areas.
- Consistently perform all duties within the framework of our Core Values.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

Required education and/or work experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of one year work experience in light industrial/production environment.
