SUMMARY OF POSITION
Responsible for managing assigned Job Connections Centers. Ensuring completion of appropriate documents in assessing referral eligibility for mission services, completing initial screening of potential participants, and coordinating intake/admissions procedures with appropriate staff and referrals. Responsible for communicating professionally with participants, family members, funding sources, service providers, businesses, and other parties and staff involved. Responsible for ethical and professional dissemination of program and educational information to referral sources and meeting pre-determined program outcomes.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
OPERATIONS
· Responsible for managing the daily operations of Job Connections Centers. Ensure that all operations are performed in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
· Coordinate services with other internal programs, service providers, and community organizations.
· Assist with billing providers for services rendered on a timely basis.
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
· Ensure the success of all pre-admissions and admission activities, including on and off-site screenings and tours. Responsible for the intake of veteran services.
· Complete, compile and disseminate accurate and timely paperwork and reports associated with admissions, referrals, inquiries process.
· Interview candidates and collect relevant information to maintain computer database of participant information.
· Ensure resources for participants and employees are appropriate and accessible.
SUPERVISORY
· Assign cases to employees. Review weekly progress reports on case loads/ placements and meeting outcomes.
· Coordinate custodial services and supervise custodial employee.
· Train staff and develop training materials, including but not limited to CaseWorthy, safety, information technology, etc. Seek opportunities to develop skills and knowledge. Keep abreast of current developments in field to update job skills and knowledge of staff.
· Responsible for conducting performance reviews for assigned staff. Assist with establishing goals and providing necessary resources and support for successful outcomes.
ADMINISTRATIVE
· Adhere to and enforce safety and loss prevention procedures to prevent injury to personnel and damage to people, equipment, and inventory.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s Degree in rehabilitation or related field and one year experience OR Associate degree in related field and two (2) year’s experience. Possess valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, and carry the minimum liability coverage as required by the State of Texas. Must pass pre-employment background check and Drug/Alcohol test.
