Key Responsibilities:
As a Assistant Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Retail Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that goals are met on a monthly basis. You will also assist with conflict resolution, including knowledge of the reporting process, managing ongoing employee concerns or behavioral problems, and collection of supporting documentation as needed. Additionally, you will assist in reviewing candidate applications, conducting phone screens, and scheduling interviews, and defers to the Retail Manager to complete all other aspects of the hiring process, such as making hiring decisions.

Requirements:
- Must have 2 years' experience in a retail operation, including at least one year with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong math and communication capabilities with leadership skills demonstrated in previous employment and/or position.
- Ability to adapt and manage change.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and other team members, coach/train peers or team members, and guide team members with disabilities and the disadvantaged.
- Must have proven computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to use Point-of-Sale (POS), operate Credit Card Draft Capture Terminal, and instruct employees in the proper use of same.
- Operate computerized pricing and inventory system.
