We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Retail Operations Associate Manager. The successful candidate will assist the Retail Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that goals are met on a monthly basis. This includes assisting with conflict resolution, reviewing candidate applications, conducting phone screens, and scheduling interviews, as well as performing daily administrative/clerical functions of store operations, such as opening and closing procedures, ordering supplies, setting work schedules, assisting with payroll, and components of PBI/RBI.
