About the Role:
As a Network Administrator I in the Retail Trade industry, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our company's computer network systems. You will be expected to maintain and troubleshoot network hardware and software, as well as monitor network performance to identify and resolve issues. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that our network infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently, allowing our business to operate seamlessly.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field or 4 years of experience in network administration with a broad range of IT infrastructure
- Proficiency with firewalls and switchers, including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
- Proficiency with Windows server, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, EntraID, M365, and Group Policy.
- Proficiency with SIEM/MDR, IDS/IPS, EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, network analytics, and content filtering.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Fortinet Security Fabric, HP IOS, VMware vSphere and vCenter, Tenable Vulnerability Management, and Artic Wolf.
- Experience with cloud-based network solutions
Responsibilities:
