Description of Responsibilities: Provide Great customer service skills to the stores, admin, and all other vendors/donors. Perform maintenance duties in the following areas: carpentry; plumbing; painting; masonry; electrical. Meet the requirements necessary to safely and effectively perform required duties. Safe work procedures necessary to protect the employee, fellow workers and the public. Work with all supervisors and perform duties as assigned. Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Required Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of one year experience in the general field, including the operations of light or heavy equipment.
Required skills: Ability to properly use maintenance and construction equipment and the tools, methods, materials and practices utilized in facilities maintenance and construction projects; communicate with all levels of coworkers both verbally and in writing; establish and maintain effective work relationships with those contracted in the performance of required duties; able to perform work in all environmental conditions. Knowledge to keep records and logs as necessary.
