Rate of Pay: Based on experience
Duties/Responsibilities:
To assist the store manager with the day-to-day operations, production, and other needed performance to meet or exceed budget while in compliance with company standards, policies and procedures. May involve walking, bending, and stretching, as well as lifting and moving donations and retail fixtures.
Qualifications:
Must be punctual and goal oriented, and have excellent communication skills. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Must have knowledge of fashionable clothing and desirable collectibles. Experience as a supervisor preferred, but will train the right person.
