JOB SUMMARY
This full-time role delivers job readiness and digital skills training through workshops, career navigation, and personalized guidance. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Training Department to develop Career Pathways, managing the Learning Management System, supporting online learners, tracking program data, and promoting training opportunities at community events. This position also supports special projects and contributes to department growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate job readiness and digital skills workshops for partner organizations.
- Provide career navigation and guidance to trainees and employees.
- Assist individuals with career decisions, including choosing professions and relevant credentials.
- Collaborate on designing Career Pathways and developing training guidelines.
- Track and analyze data for reporting and program development.
- Assist in labor market research and aligning training programs with community and employer needs.
- Promote training opportunities and raise awareness within the community.
- Manage GITA’s Learning Management System, including grading and course material development.
- Lead online training sessions and information sessions to support learner/partner engagement.
- Attend community events to promote services and build partnerships.
- Track class attendance, completion rates, and participant demographics.
- Contribute to special projects to meet department goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Adaptability: Flexible in adjusting to changes in technology, processes, and community needs.
Education and Experience
- Associate's degree in a relevant field (Education, Training and Development, Human Services, Social Services, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Certification a plus.
- Employment history that demonstrates the ability to work independently.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; willing to travel within the region
- Must be able to attend conferences or training outside of the region as needed
