Position Summary: Donor Services Supervisors have direct supervision of all hourly staff who have access to the Attended Donation Center (ADC). They have responsibility with regard to total ADC supervision on a daily basis to meet the needs of the site and its donors.
Hourly Rate: $18.13 - $19.71 per hour
Location: Attended Donation Center in Graham, WA
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Donor Services Supervisor responsibilities include the following and other duties as assigned:
- Performs all opening and closing procedures and responsibilities
- Ensure that the site is maintained at or above an acceptable level
- Ensure the LP Audits are maintained at an acceptable level
- Oversees supply management and ordering processes to ensure smooth site operations.
- Ability to delegate work to appropriate employees.
- Ensures building and functions are properly maintained; submits and monitors maintenance requests
- Ensure security and safety systems are in working order, including but not limited to door locks, alarms, and incident reports
Full Cycle Hiring
- Be active in interviewing and onboarding new employees by following Goodwill's recruitment guidelines.
Loss Prevention
- Serves as the security "captain" for assigned site location - works in cooperation with management and Loss Prevention to protect company assets from internal and external theft.
Customer Service
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service to a variety of customers.
Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Three years related experience in supervision or management with proven incremental supervisory advancement
- Exceptional analytical, judgment, decision-making and communications skills
- Superior coaching, leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build understanding and consensus
