Position starts at $15.00 per hour with annual merit increases and production bonuses. All team members are eligible for a variety of career development and skill training classes at no cost and can enjoy a generous team member discount. Summary
Maintains the dock area and other areas of a retail operations center by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES are listed below in order of importance from most important to least important.
Loads and unloads donated items, Target, New Goods, and salvage from trucks.
Moves materials to include bins, bales and other donated items to designated area.
Removes donated items and trash from dumpster area to maintain the site in a clean and orderly condition.
Submits copies of salvage receipts to the Director, Transportation & Logistics
Reports known or suspected security and/or theft problems to the Director, Transportation & Logistics or other member of management.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Additional Responsibilities
Assists with the baling of salvage when needed.
Provides backup support for the Truck Helpers or Donation Center Attendants as needed.
Provides support in sorting New Goods to send out to stores.
Performs other job-related tasks as assigned by the Director, Transportation & Logistics
