SUMMARY
Coordinates grant-funded construction training programs, work-based learning opportunities, apprenticeships, and internships at the Goodwill Construction Skills Training Center by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES are listed below in order of importance, from most important to least important:
Coordinates all Construction and Trades Programs in partnership with training partners, trade school staff, workforce development business partners, community college, and community employers.
Ensures Trade School Program compliance with National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) standards. Maintains up-to-date student records in all corresponding LMS systems. Runs weekly checks and balances to ensure student testing is current.
Collects, analyzes, and maintains all data and metrics related to the Trade School. Tracks appropriate data to make certain success metrics of grants and funding sources are met.
Assists with the administration and logistics of the Goodwill Construction Skills Training Center by developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures.
Develops and maintains ongoing communication processes and schedules with students, Career Navigators, Employer Engagement Team, and business partner organizations.
Increases Trade School student recruitment and registration by conducting virtual and in-person information sessions, community outreach events, activities, and workshops with community business partners and local businesses.
Coordinates with instructors to ensure equipment safety and positive working environment for students.
Partners with the Marketing Team to develop advertising collateral material and event promotion, as well as sharing of success stories.
Monitor daily student attendance records.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs other job-related tasks as assigned by the Director, Construction and Trade Training.

Requirements
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in Adult Learning, Business, or related field and three years’ experience developing, coordinating and employer relations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid Driver’s License (Class C), car insurance and reliable automobile required.
