Responsibilities:
- Receive donations in a timely manner.
- Properly sort and pack donations into buggies.
- Keep records of donations daily.
- Report daily hours worked.
- Operate all equipment and perform duties with safety being the utmost priority.
- Communicate to management all operational needs.
- Communicate with drivers having large item donations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform basic math skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive and friendly attitude.
- Ability to develop, provide, and maintain effective working relationships with the team leader, team members, customers, and clients.
- High school or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
