A bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience is required. Experience in training and development with a concentration in adult learning techniques, instructional design, or a related discipline is highly preferred.

Essential Job Functions
- Collaborates with the Chief Administrative Officer to align training initiatives across the organization, ensuring consistency and integration of training goals with strategic objectives.
- Develops and leads the delivery of training solutions using a blended learning approach, including classroom training, e-learning, coaching, and experiential learning.
- Regularly researches emerging industry trends, new technologies, concepts, and techniques to update and innovate the training curriculum.
- Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of training programs, analyzing participant feedback, training costs, and outcomes to enhance future training efforts.
- Lead in the instruction of functional, tactical, and leadership learning solutions which includes a blended approach to learning such as classroom training, e-learning, coaching, and experiential learning.
- Assist in researching emerging industry trends, new technologies, concepts, and techniques to update the current training curriculum as appropriate.
- Facilitate partnerships with departmental representatives to identify and meet training needs which maximizes employee performance, growth, and retention, and meets company strategic objectives.
- Presents training from instructional aides, handouts, and presentation materials including audio-visual products.
- Monitor training results that include tracking information, cost, and effectiveness of company training programs.
- Remain current with operational changes and developments within the company and updates or improvements to the curriculum.
- Reviews and is familiar with Company safety policies, programs, and procedures. Adheres to all safety rules, regulations, and safety codes, and attends safety training sessions and safety meetings. Maintains current certifications in First Aid and CPR and administers First Aid and CPR as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational management skills and a demonstrated adherence to timelines and schedules.
- Stay current on trends in the field of training and development.
- Proficiency in E-Learning development software and audio-visual tools, Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must have a valid Oklahoma Driver's License, with a good driving record.
- Must maintain appropriate requirements for legal vehicle operation including current automobile insurance and license plates.
- Must be eligible for a positive outcome on required State of Oklahoma criminal conviction background check.
- Must maintain compliance with Goodwill's Drug and Alcohol Abuse Policy.
- Must be able to interact with a diverse population.
