Job Summary: Responsible for assisting in the management functions of a retail store. This is a working supervisory position where directing the work, delegating assignments, and physically performing any necessary tasks will all occur routinely. These management functions include, but are not limited to:
- Processing, merchandising and selling of donated and new goods received;
- Hiring, training and supervision of employees;
- Maintaining good customer relations; and
- Timely and accurate completion and submission of paperwork.
Job Requirements: High school diploma/GED. Requires two years experience in a retail setting involving customer contact, merchandising and cash register transaction experience. Direct supervisory experience, such as hiring, training, employee performance evaluations, and employee conduct/performance problem resolution is required. Subject to alcohol and drug testing. Subject to criminal history background checks.
