Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Support employees by building trust and helping them overcome challenges.
- Coach individuals to grow personally and professionally.
- Connect employees with resources designed to reduce financial hardships.
- Occasionally transport employees to specific resource locations.
- Assist in onboarding efforts to meet new employees and offer support for job retention and growth.

- High school diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred.
- Must be proficient in using the computer and Microsoft Office.
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, safe driving record, and car insurance.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to stand and/or walking for periods of time.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, if needed.
- Dependable, tactful and resourceful, takes initiative and demonstrates good judgement.
- Has excellent communication ability with employees at all levels and external partners.
- Ability to guide employees in understanding and applying basic financial principles, including budgeting, saving, and expense management.
