Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for motivated, team-building individuals to fill a Full Time Transportation Supervisor position at our Averill Warehouse location in Flint.
$15 an hour Monday-Friday 5:30 am to 2:00 pm

Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Assists in direction of work to meet pickup and delivery schedules.
- Assumes dock area responsibilities in the absence of supervisor.
- Assists in training and evaluation of dock personnel, including consumers assigned for assessment.
- Responsible for housekeeping of dock area, truck wells, and removal of trash.
- Monitors trash compactor.
- Monitors metal salvage.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, maintaining a good attendance record.

- High school diploma/GED required
- Driver license preferred
- Logistics experience is preferred; management experience required
- Knowledge and experience with unions preferred
- Computer competencies, including MS Word and Excel and a strong emphasis on safety are required.
- Show initiative, good judgment, dependability
