Job Description
As an Assistant Store Director, you will be responsible for overseeing daily sales floor operations, customer service, financial management, inventory control, donation processing, and training team members. You will also develop and execute a retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for operating income, revenue, and production.
You will ensure payroll costs and operating costs are managed within budget and maintain a clean, well-kept store environment that reflects the Goodwill brand.
