• Lead and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Production Team Members, and Donation Attendants to ensure seamless store operations.

• Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring donors and customers receive exceptional treatment.

• Collaborate with district managers to develop and implement strategic plans, driving donations and sales growth.

• Monitor product levels, payroll costs, and operating expenses to optimize store performance.

">Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the thrift industry.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to analyze data to inform business decisions.

• Valid driver's license, clean MVR record, and ability to pass background checks.
