Job Title: Retail Store Manager
The Regional Headquarters of our organization are located in Frederick, Maryland, where we currently operate 9 retail stores, 2 warehouse locations, and have approximately 300 employees. Our goal is to expand our retail presence within the region, with potential for up to 15-20 stores.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a smaller region, supported by the resources and infrastructure of one of the largest Goodwills in the network, Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA).
Since the merger in 2020, Goodwill of Monocacy Valley has seen growth in retail revenue and stabilized operations through the implementation of innovative best practices from GCNA.
This position offers a monthly bonus based on performance goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead Retail Store business operations at a location for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliates.
- Directly supervise Assistant Store Managers, Production Teams, and Donation Attendants.
- Develop and execute retail operations plans to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for operating income, revenue, and production.
- Coordinate with Retail District Managers to develop strategic plans to increase donations.
- Ensure payroll costs and operating costs align with budget targets.
- Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to Goodwill branding standards.
- Promote the Goodwill mission through partnerships with community businesses and organizations.
- Represent Goodwill as an ambassador to the community.
Requirements:
- Two years of experience in Retail Management, preferably in thrift environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
