Professional Staff Position
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Instructor/Student Support Specialist. As a member of our professional staff, you will be responsible for supporting adults in the community to become literate and obtain the knowledge and skills necessary for employment and economic self-sufficiency. This includes providing high-quality research-based instruction in reading, writing, and mathematical skills to raise their educational functional levels and/or obtain their high school equivalency.
Key Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree required. Demonstrated experience working with adult learners. One year of experience in providing case management or vocational services to individuals with barriers to employment is preferred.

- Support program improvement efforts.
- Provide intake, data collection, and data input for outcome tracking.
- Develop lesson plans that incorporate CCRS objectives.
- Offer instruction in various formats, including large-group, small-group, and one-on-one settings.
