Position Title : Master Case Manager
Location : Wilmington, De
Schedule : Monday – Friday 9 am to 5pm with flexibility for evenings and weekends
Pay Rate : $29.76 per hour.
Position Details :
The candidate will be expected to perform at the expert level directly providing, coordinating and monitoring the delivery of professional social work services to children, youth and families, or adult special populations and families. The goal is to resolve problems involving client abuse, neglect, dependency, criminal behavior, exploitation, and family dysfunction, which may include economically disadvantaged clients.
