- Collaborate with other team members to identify and address gaps in service delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, advocating on their behalf and connecting them with the appropriate resources
- 1-2 years of experience in a procurement, healthcare, or social services role
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in the field of public health and social services
- Proficiency in data management and reporting
