Training and Education Specialist
Location : New Castle, De
Schedule : Monday - Friday 8am to 4 : 30pm (37.5 hours per week)
Pay Rate : $28.00 per hour
As a Training and Education Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering engaging training and educational programs to our employees and community partners.
In this position, you will be responsible for :
- Developing and facilitating training curricula on a variety of topics, including program regulations, case management, and customer service
- Coordinating and executing training sessions, workshops, and webinars to ensure effective knowledge transfer
- Assessing training needs and designing custom learning solutions to address skill gaps
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to create engaging and informative training materials
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and implementing continuous improvements
