The Program Support Assistant executes various responsibilities that support the program's structure. This administrative position thrives from being a self-driven candidate who pays attention to detailed organization when fulfilling all the tasks. The PSA primarily supports Goodhealth's Program Manager in various tasks, including innovating, curriculum development, communications and logistical assistance. Ultimately, the PSA will work on several projects at once and provide support for Goodhealth as needed.
Job Responsibilities

Assist the Program Manager with developing and executing program procedures

Collaborate with PM to create Standard Operating Procedures

Collaborate with PM to revamp the Intern Handbook, Policies, and Regulations

Collaborate with PM in revamping GH's curriculum
-
Conduct as-needed research for GH’s curriculum
-
Maintain appropriate supplies inventory
-
Assist with program planning and implementation
-
Assist in collecting and tracking all GH/GWSV documents and information for students and incoming interns

Attend meetings with special services administrators in each district periodically and take meeting minutes

Assist onboarding interns during off-school months and as needed

Collaborate and assist in promoting internship openings through social media and outreach to local universities

Assist with marketing strategies and postings

Work with appropriate services coordinators and teacher/school staff members to assist with event collaboration(s)

Assist with seeking community partnerships and other opportunities for leadership experiences for interns and program expansion

Requirements
-
Some post-secondary education
-
Experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

At least one year experience clerical/administrative assistance experience
-
Computer literacy; knowledge of Office 365, Mango, and Slack required.

Excellent written and oral communication

Diligent in quality of work and attention to detail

Hold a self-motivating attitude and drive

Demonstrate organizational, time management skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.

Valid CA Driver's License
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred

One year of experience working with special needs adults, youth and/or children with autism

TB Tested within the last 2 years
