What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manual Worker - 3PL position at GOODWILL OF SOUTH FLORIDA?
Perform the manual operation that has been assigned. Examples of manual operations include tagging labels to garments using a tagging gun, bagging garments in plastic bags, affixing labels to plastic bags, tying leg cords on pants, inserting drawcords on pant waistbands, work preparation of components and work in process and assembling, marking templates, using fusing machine to fuse interlining on garment parts, pocket creaser machine, heat sealing equipment, etc.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Obtain the bundle of work or take the individual piece and perform the assigned operation.
- After completion, close the bundle, set piece aside and repeat the next piece or bundle.
