The supervisor is responsible for assisting the store manager in all aspects of the store operation, financial performance, personnel management, all front-end cash register operation, floor and visual processes and procedures, loss prevention and enforces all company policies and procedures. the supervisor is also responsible additional tasks as assigned to them but not limited to, training others and assisting as needed to ensure that the store is successfully meeting expectations.
