The Distribution Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of distribution, inventory management and the salvage operation at the North Versailles Retail Operations Center. This position will work closely with the transportation and retail outlet teams.
Duties will also include but are not limited to:
- Plan work assignments and equipment allocations to meet transportation, operations and production goals.
- Coordinate and supervise daily salvage activities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to plan.
- Monitors and maintains accurate inventory levels, ensuring proper storage, tracking and organization of all materials and products.
- Maintain a current and up-to-date understanding of and comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Keep staff informed of all Goodwill initiatives, policy changes and updates and other general company information.
Travel Required: Yes, some travel may be required.
External Hiring Range: $55,000-$58,300
Qualifications:
- Highschool Diploma or Equivalent and 2 years experience can be a combination of trucking/transportation route planning, supervision, materials movement, or similar. Supervisory experience highly preferred.
