The Retail Service Specialist provides excellent customer service to everyone they encounter - Other Goodwill team members, customers, and donors. This is a fun-filled position that will keep our team busy! Teammates work together to aid customers on the sales floor and in donations. This position includes working the cash register, stocking the sales floor, and ensuring the quality of the product offered to our customers.

Qualifications
Position Requirements:
· Team members must be able to lift 20 pounds regularly, though heavier lifting does occur with the aid of team lifting
· Must be able to bend, push, pull, and stand
· Retail experience is preferred but not required
· Team members must be able to work with money
· Successful completion of the background screening (sex offender registry)
The Retail Service Specialist position has a starting wage of $14.61 per hour. The schedule for this role varies and requires every other weekend shifts. Candidates must have availability for a flexible schedule.
