Job Summary:
Our MAPLE VALLEY, WA store is seeking a Part Time Cashier. As a cashier, you will be responsible for operating cash registers, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining shelf stock.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing sales floor, as directed by store management.
- Answer phone inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-merchandised store environment at all times.
Customer Service:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to a diverse range of customers, providing personalized support and ensuring their needs are met.
Cash Handling:
- Adhere to Goodwill's cash handling policies and procedures, maintaining the highest level of integrity and accuracy.
Achieve Store Goals:
- Demonstrate a team-oriented approach, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve competitive deadlines and goals.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1 - 3 months of related experience and/or training
- Exceptional analytical, judgment, decision-making, and communication skills
- Superior coaching, leadership, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build understanding and consensus
