Position Summary: Operates Class A air-braked equipped combination vehicles to and from Retail and Donation sites in a safe and efficient manner. Class B vehicles also available. This position works 4/10s and is required to pass a drug screen and background check.
Salary: $24.11 - $26.20 Per Hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The DOT Truck Driver responsibilities Includes the following and other duties as assigned:
Complete daily pre and post trip inspections and maintenance checks; ensures that all aspects of vehicle operation and material handling are done according to proper safety procedures. Responsible for vehicle’s equipment and for reporting repair needs.
Follows Safety Procedures
Adheres to all Goodwill and FMCSA safety regulations; reports all safety hazards, incidents, and accidents immediately.
Customer Satisfaction
Build and maintain good rapport and relationships with customers and clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The DOT Truck Driver responsibilities Includes the following and other duties as assigned:
- Drives diesel powered tractor with 27’ or 53’ trailer between distribution center, retail stores and donation centers.
- Backs up trailer to loading dock.
- Places stairs against the back of the trailer to load items into trailer.
- May place chains on tires in snowy weather.
- No touch freight
- Class B, transport compactors and dumpsters to landfill or transfer station
