This position will work closely with participants, program staff, and external community partners to ensure a successful program outcome.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Youth Program Coordinator responsibilities include the following and other duties as assigned:
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new program participants in HRIS and other data management systems
- Develop and maintain hard copy and electronic files; enter all program data, activities, and outcomes into tracking systems (CaseWorthy, Monday, etc.) to ensure compliance with program requirements and participants achieving their employment goals.
- Assist youth program timekeeping processes, serving as a liaison to payroll to help programs navigate and manage participant timecards/records.
- Maintain participant and partner distributions lists to create, schedule, and disseminate mass communications to generate community engagement and provide program updates
- Develop and maintain partnership with area businesses for youth worksite agreements, safety orientations.
- Maintain expense tracking system
- Interact in a positive manner with program members, staff, Workforce Central, and worksite supervisors as well as employers and community partners
- Responsible for monthly narrative reports and success stories
- Travel to multiple locations as needed
- Organize and schedule various on-site events for youth programs
- Checking in with host sites/supervisors 2x per month
- Schedule, facilitate and recruit volunteers to teach or coordinate academic readiness and job readiness skills; provide job preparation training
- Assist participants with job application, interviews, and post program assessments from partnered work sites
- Assist Program Manager in leading the YYAWEX team to set goals, evaluate progress, and support the development of the staff.
- Assist the Program Manager in service delivery to ensure that both Goodwill and the YYAWEX contract outcomes meet performance expectations; coordinate and resolve administrative functions of the program
